No Bake Energy Balls!

Let’s make the most delicious no bake energy balls!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups of rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

  • 1 cup of peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup of honey

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup of Protein powder (I used Perfect Protein Elevated Energy Booster in Vanilla)

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until well mixed

  2. Scoop out golf ball sized portions and roll until round

  3. Place on lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for 20 minutes

  4. Freeze unused portions
